Is it a myth? Is penile enhancement really possible? Can you really get a longer penis simply from stretching it out? No it’s not a myth… it really is possible.
If you’ve read my other penile enhancement posts, you’ll know I this because I’ve done it myself, and because I know others who have as well. Yes, I added about 0.75 inches in length to my penis simply from stretching it out.
Let me explain.
The Penis Anatomy
Your penis is either limited in length by one of two things… a ligament, or the tunica. Everyone’s penis has a ligament in it that attaches to the body. For some, this ligament can be stretched, lengthening the penis. For others however, the tunica (a sort of sheath around your entire penis) is what needs to be stretched to add any length. Why this differs from person to person, who knows.
If you’re like me and your ligament is your limiting factor, you may be in luck for some easy length gains. If your tunica happens to be your limiting factor, you may be in for a much tougher ride, as the tunica can be very stubborn.
Penile Enhancement – Stretching Your Penis Ligaments
Ok, take a seat on the edge of your bed, or the edge of a chair with your legs apart. Now grip just below the ridge of your glans (the correct term for the penis head)in an “O” grip made by your index finger and thumb. When I do this, I personally place some toilet paper of cleanex between my fingers and penis as it gives a much better grip. If you don’t have something to grip with, you’ll likely find your hands slipping off. Baby powder or something like that may help as well.
So once you have a solid grip, simply pull your penis straight down (don’t yank it and injure yourself though). Pull with a decent amount of force… you should be able to feel some tension in the ligament right where it attaches to your body.
This is essentially it. I would recommend holding this for a minute or two if you can with a decent amount of force. Add up all your holds to 30 minutes (i.e. 30 one minute holds, or 15 two minute holds), and that is enough for one day.
Try this for a few days. If your ligament is your limiting factor, you should feel some slight soreness as the base of your penis where your ligament attaches to your body. I would recommend trying this for at least 2 weeks to a month. If after this period you’ve measured seen an increase, you’re on the right track! And even if you’ve only seen 0.1 inch of an increase, this is good! This means you can lengthen your penis this way even more. Try experimenting with longer holds, and a bit more force, but don’t overdo it and hurt yourself.
So that’s it… simple, but it can work! With this technique, penile enhancement truly can be yours. I will be writing further posts on how to lengthen that stubborn tunica, so stay tuned!
